Senior Product Manager

All that in a lightning fast time-to-value. Interai is a Battery Ventures-backed start-up. We closed $17M in funding in 6 months and brought 8 of the Fortune 50 as POC customers in our first year.

Who you are?

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing products life cycle at scale, from concept to delivery and releases with numerous iterations.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with creating clear product specifications for developers
  • Strong technological understanding with the ability to articulate accurate product logic and understand the implications with engineers, including edge cases.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communications & presentation skills
  • Fluent and well-articulated in English - writing and speaking
  • Never drops the ball and gets things done attitude
  • Team spirit: we are a small team connected with superglue, each person counts A LOT

A plus:

  • Understanding of user experience.
  • BA / BSc in technical field - Computer Science, Industrial Engineering majoring in Information Systems

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the product development cycle from concept to production, through iterations and measurements
  • Actively seek out new opportunities to impact product growth
  • Plan and prioritize new product creation and existing feature optimization
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, QA, Solution Engineers, and analysts to drive rapid product releases
  • Collaborate with product designers
  • Maintain competitive product analysis
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Effectively write, communicate and iterate product specifications with developers and stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and derive actionable insights
