Demand Generation Manager

Interai is looking for a self-driven, creative, and passionate B2B Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation efforts.

The role is hands-on and will include various marketing aspects:

  • Demand generation
  • Marketing operations
  • Social media & SEO/SEM campaigns

The Demand Generation Manager will lead all Demand Generation activities execution, will measure, optimize and report on the progress and success of lead generation activities & campaigns.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and service providers and requires the ability to coordinate and execute successfully according to plan.

Who you are?

  • 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing position
  • Lead generation and campaign management
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Self-starter approach with an eagerness to take responsibility
  • Analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and self-driven personality
  • English mother tongue level – Advantage | Full proficiency – a must
  • Background in products in areas of deep tech, Application platforms, CRM tools, selling to Sales and Customer Service – Advantage
  • Background in selling to B2C companies, e.g. eCommerce, Fintech – Advantage

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build a marketing lead generation engine to support the overall company goals
  • Manage budgets & vendor management
  • Plan & execute quarterly Demand Generation plans in line with our business targets
  • Work closely with the sales team to build the inbound sales efforts
  • Deep understanding of our platform and its benefits
  • Communicate feedback and share insights and best practices internally
